I forgot my PIN code. How can I get a new one?
If you’ve already set up your recovery information, click on “Forgot PIN” and follow the instructions. We will send you an email or SMS to help you reset your PIN. If you haven’t set up your recovery info, please call Customer Service.
Can I give my PIN to friends or family in case I forget it? Can I switch to a different plan?
You should never share your PIN with anyone.
What should I do if I lose my phone?
Call Lotomobil to suspend your account so no one else can access it. Contact your mobile service provider to recover your number. Once your number is recovered, call us to reactivate your account.
Can I transfer my account to another number, including my profile, points, and balance?
No. Lotomobil does not allow account transfers to a new number.
What is a recovery phone number?
This is a phone number of a close friend or family member that we will use to help you reset your account in case you forget your PIN or lose your phone.
What is a recovery email?
It is an email address we will use to help you reset your account if you forget your PIN or lose your phone.
Can I use this app on any type of phone?
No. The Lotomobil app only works on smartphones running the Android operating system and able to connect to the internet. If your phone can use WhatsApp or Facebook, it should support the Lotomobil app. However, it does not work on iPhones.
